The results season has commenced. Though its been not so good in the case of front line companies, we are really glad with the results declared by the companies we and our members are holding as a part of our Alpha and Alpha Plus portfolio of stocks.
Till now the following companies have declared their results and all the results been above our expectations:
- Cera Sanitaryware – Sales growth of 29% and a marginal contraction in margins
- Wimplast – Approximately 25% growth with more than 100 bps expansion in operating margins
- Gujarat Reclaim and Rubber – More than 30% growth in sales and again a case of margins expansion
The important aspect about all the above companies is their ability to maintain and further imporve upon their margins in such an inflationary environment.
